Virtual Express Design Package

The Virtual Express Design Package is perfect if you are looking to transform your room into a space that you love to spend time in. We collaborate with you remotely to discover your design style, look at how you use the room and how we can make the space work well for you. We provide you with a design moodboard, colour palette, room layout suggestion and a clickable shopping list with hand selected items to suit you and your space. All you have to do is send over some photos and measurements and we’ll take it from there!

Express Design Package
(£850 per room*)
Our Express Design Package offers you the same benefits as our 'Virtual' package but you'll also have a home consultation as part of the process, so whether you want us to meet you face to face at our initial meeting and see your home or you would like us to go through your final design concept with you to answer any questions you may have, its totally up to you! You'll still receive a design moodboard, colour palette, room layout suggestion and a clickable shopping list with hand selected items to suit you and your space. All you have to do is send over some photos and measurements and we’ll take it from there!

Express Design Package

Our 'Kitchens & Bathrooms' Express Design Package is perfect if you are looking to transform your Kitchen or Bathroom into a space that you love to spend time in. We collaborate with you remotely to discover your design style, look at how you use the room and how we can make the space work well for you. Our tailored designs provide everything you need to transform your dream kitchen or bathroom into a reality. From a furniture and accessories layout plan showcasing your new items and their optimal placement to a clickable shopping list, our comprehensive service ensures that you can create a space that you'll want to show off to family and friends. All you have to do is send over some photos and measurements and we’ll take it from there!

Floorplan Layout Re-configurations with Space Planning / Furniture Placing
(£1,500-£2,000 per level)
Changing the layout of the floorplan of your home can have a dramatic effect on how your home feels, how the spaces flow from one another and, more importantly, how it works for you in your every day life. Its not necessary to use an architect when reconfiguring your existing layout as there are no planning requirements needed unless your house is a listed property. Following a home consultation, listening to how you live and the elements you would like to improve, we can provide options on new layout solutions that not only work for you now but also future proofing your home.
Interior Consultancy by the Hour
(£150 per hour*)

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the amount of decisions and choices you need to make when renovating your home. We can help you feel confident in your choices by guiding you through the decision process, utilising our wealth of experience to make the right decisions at the right time in your project.
Full Design Package
(£1,350-£1,850 per room*)
Our Full Design Package provides a complete, personalised Interior Design Service tailored to your individual needs. The size and scale of the work is not primary, most important is to listen carefully to your brief to create an inspiring interior that suits not only your space, but also your lifestyle. We like to work closely with clients to combine our expertise with your ideas and budgets. Practicality is paramount, from incorporating storage solutions during the initial design phase through to the complete design concept for each space using 2D floorplans, 3D virtual renders of how the rooms will look and detailed elevation drawings of custom cabinetry, bathroom and kitchen designs.
SwiftStays: Tailored Short-term Lettings Interior Design Package
(£1,200 - one bedroom apartment)
As a property developer catering to discerning clients, you understand the importance of creating spaces that offer both practicality and appeal. Our carefully curated interior design package is tailored to enhance your properties, and provide you with everything you will need to decorate, furnish and style your properties to a professional standard that will not only attract short-term let clients but also establish a memorable guest experience that leads to positive reviews and returning visitors.
Kitchen Layout Concepts Package
(£500)
Our kitchen layout concepts package include floorplan layout ideas that optimise your space for best functionality and flow which are tailored specifically to you and how you live. The concepts will show you different ways your kitchen space could be laid out, where we organise your kitchen into its specific zones, including where key kitchen appliances and seating could be positioned, ultimately giving you the deciding factor as to which one suits you the best.
